Botpaid terms of service

Service description
Botpaid provides access to hosted AI image, video, and audio generation through an MCP server and related web API. Users authenticate with GitHub or Google, purchase prepaid credits, and spend that balance on individual generations. Botpaid may change providers, models, and implementation details while preserving the public integration surface described in its documentation.
Payments and refunds
Balances are prepaid. Each generation is billed at provider cost plus a 20% Botpaid service fee. Unused balance can be refunded within 180 days of purchase, subject to the operational constraints of the payment processor. Botpaid may suspend or reject requests that violate product policy, fail authentication, or exceed rate limits.
Acceptable use and contact
Users may not use Botpaid for unlawful activity, abuse of providers, or attempts to compromise the hosted platform. Botpaid is provided as a hosted developer tool and is not a guaranteed substitute for direct provider contracts. Terms questions can be sent to [email protected].
