# Botpaid Pricing

Botpaid uses a prepaid balance and charges provider cost plus a flat 20% service fee.

## How it works

1. Add credits. Common top-ups start at $1, $5, $10, $20, or $50.
2. Run a request from the hosted MCP endpoint or the authenticated web app.
3. Botpaid deducts the underlying provider cost plus 20% from the prepaid balance.
4. Unused balance can be refunded within 180 days of purchase.

## What the 20% covers

- Provider account management and hosted credentials.
- Unified billing across image, video, and audio providers.
- MCP infrastructure, request routing, and status tracking.
- Support when a generation fails or needs refund handling.
