Botpaid privacy policy

Last updated 21 April 2026.

Information Botpaid collects

Botpaid collects account information needed to operate the hosted MCP service, including GitHub or Google account identifiers, email address, billing information handled through Stripe, and metadata required to maintain balances, transactions, and generated outputs. Botpaid also stores the prompts and outputs needed to complete and display user requests in the product.

How Botpaid uses data

Botpaid uses account and request data to authenticate users, process media generations, route work to model providers, track balances, deliver outputs, and support refunds or debugging. Botpaid does not sell user data and does not use prompts or outputs to train its own models. Provider requests are still sent to the upstream models required to complete the user action.

Retention and contact

Outputs are retained so users can access downloads and status history from the product. Transaction records are retained for accounting, refunds, and security review. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected]. If Botpaid staff access content, it is because the user opened a support or incident ticket.
